Doing good to others. Luke 6:36 says, "You must be compassionate, just as your Father is compassionate." 'Sure." you may say, "but God doesn't have to live with my husband!" But kindness is most needed where it is most difficult to give. Is your neighbor grouchy with your children? Show him kindness. Does your boss irk you? Find ways to show him kindness. Do you have a relative who gossips about your family? Go out of your way to show love. Use kindness, not anger, as your reaction to the grumpy people in your life. Remember, God is kind to you, and you certainly haven't deserved the half of it!
